SX Trailers cannot accept any damages or consequential costs arising from fitting the incorrect part. It is up to the persons responsibility to ensure that the correct part has been supplied and that all components being fitted match the parts being replaced.

WARRANTIES

SX Trailers warrants that the goods are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 Klms from the date of fitment. SX Trailers shall be under no liability what so ever to the buyer for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the buyer arising out of breach of contract by the seller. In the event of any breach of contract by the seller the remedies of the buyer shall be limited to damages. Under no circumstances shall the liability of the seller exceed the price of the Goods.

The IPL, OREX, BlackTech & ECOLITE  logos are registered trademarks of Impartial Pty Ltd. All other logs are the property of the suppliers to SX Trailers.
